In the case of tail lift transport we need up to 3-4 hours for our van to reach the loading point.

1:00 p.m. An email from a client with an order to load freight the same day and deliver it next day to a shopping centre in Birmingham, UK. A van with tail lift and pallet truck as well as 2 drivers for unloading are needed.
1:15 p.m. Presenting possible loading solutions
3:30 p.m. Loading
8:00 a.m. The van + the second driver sent from Birmingham to help with unloading arrive at the unloading point.
8:30 a.m. An email to the client with unloading confirmation and the name of the person who collected freight
